Le uve coltivate sui pendii esposti a sud, diventano la sintesi perfetta del nostro territorio viticolo. La vendemmia cade nella prima quindicina di ottobre e dopo una lunga macerazione a contatto con le bucce ed un affinamento sur lies per almeno 12 mesi di cui almeno il 50% in legno piccolo si ottiene un vino dal carattere unico, note potenti ed eleganti, fuse in un affascinante equilibrio di frutti rossi maturi e spezie.

The grapes grown on the south-facing slopes perfectly sum up our territory dedicated to viticulture. The harvest takes place in the first fortnight of October and, after a long maceration on the skins and ageing by the “sur lies” method for at least 12 months of which at least 50% in small wooden cask. a wine is obtained of unique character, powerful and with polished notes, fused in an enticing balance of ripe red fruits and spices.
