Il Müller Thurgau è un vitigno ottenuto dall’incrocio di Riesling e Sylvaner che ben si adatta ai climi freschi. Per le sua caratteristica di maturazione precoce è particolarmente diffuso in tutti i paesi dell’Europa centrale. In Valle d’Aosta fu introdotto dopo il 1946; il clima della nostra regione, caratterizzato da sbalzi termici soprattutto in periodo di maturazione, favorisce la formazione degli eleganti profumi che caratterizzano questo vino.

Müller Thurgau is a grape variety obtained from a cross between Riesling and Sylvaner which is well suited to cool climates. Due to its early ripening it is particularly widespread in all Central European countries. It was introduced to the Aosta Valley after 1946; the climate of our region, characterised by sudden changes in temperature especially during the ripening period, helps the formation of the gracefully contoured aromas characterising this wine.
