Lo Château de Pez è una delle proprietà più antiche della denominazione Saint-Estèphe, risalente al XV secolo. Château de Pez is one of the oldest properties in the Saint-Estèphe appellation, dating back to the 15th century. This estate on the left bank of Bordeaux belonged to the Pontac family, founders of Château Haut-Brion, and was sold as a national asset during the French Revolution.
