Metodo Classico di bandiera di Conte Vistarino, dedicato alla memoria del Conte Augusto Giorgi di Vistarino che fu il primo a importare dalla Francia il Pinot Nero nella sua tenuta.

Colore: giallo paglierino con tonalità dorate.
Aroma: profumo delicato di fiori bianchi e delicate note agrumate.
Sapore: sapido, fresco e persistente con buona acidità in armonia con bollicine piccole ed eleganti.
Ideale con risotti alle erbe aromatiche, con il bollito misto e con il pesce al forno.

It is the most important Classic Method sparkling wine of Conte Vistarino, dedicated to the memory of Count Augusto Giorgio di Vistarino who was the first to import Pinot Noir from France to his estate in Oltrepò Pavese.

Color: straw yellow with golden tones. Pleasing effervescence with fine and persistent perlage.
Aroma: delicate fragrance of white flowers and delicate citrus notes.
Taste: sapid, fresh and persistent with good acidity in harmony with small and elegant bubbles.
It pairs well with risotti with aromatic herbs, with mixed boiled meats and baked fish.
