Aroma: Profumo complesso, ampio con profumi di rosa e piccoli frutti rossi, cacao e cenni balsamici.
Sapore: elegante al sorso, seducente nel suo tannino vellutato e finissimo. Buona acidità che garantisce una notevole lunghezza in bocca e un buon invecchiamento in cantina.
Abbinamenti: primi piatti con ragù, pasta fresca con ripieno di carne, arrosti al sangue e formaggi di capra freschi.
