The bouquet is broad and initially expresses an aroma that recalls the fruits of the undergrowth, cherries and blackberries which mix on the finish with a spicy hint that derives from the aging in large barrels. The scent evolves and leaves room for nuances of tobacco, black pepper and liquorice which increasingly entice you to taste it.
